Couples and Family Support for OCD and mental health is a blend of different techniques and styles to help identify areas of improvement in your relationship and desired needs with each other surrounding mental health. Our specialist Alie Garza is trained in SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) and specializes in supporting individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, OCD, and related disorders.

We are excited to introduce our new Family Support Program, designed to empower families to collaboratively address mental health challenges, including Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). This structured program moves beyond traditional ongoing counseling by offering targeted support for families ready to implement effective strategies within their homes.

Program Highlights:

  • Expert-Led Sessions: Our program is facilitated by professionals trained in OCD treatment and a broad spectrum of mental health issues, ensuring comprehensive support for your family’s unique needs.
  • Bringing Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to your daily lives: You integrate the principles of ERP therapy into your living environment, guiding your family through exposure exercises and response prevention techniques to collaboratively reduce anxiety and compulsive behaviors. ERP is a well-established method for treating OCD, encouraging individuals to confront fears in a safe setting while refraining from compulsive responses
  • Customized Family Plans: Recognizing that each family dynamic is unique, we tailor our approach to align with your specific goals, cultural background, and values, fostering a supportive atmosphere for lasting change.
  • Commitment to Change: This program is ideal for families prepared to actively engage and apply the strategies discussed, promoting a unified effort toward improved mental health and relational harmony.
