In her own healing journey, Meredith began her work as a yoga teacher in 2014. She has been working with individuals ever since to help develop self-soothing techniques and cultivate greater inner peace. By emphasizing the mind-body connection with yoga therapy clients, she discovered her calling of becoming a counseling therapist.
Meredith’s intention is always to meet their clients where they are. She operates from the understanding that she cannot fix you- because you are not broken. As a therapist, she is here to help her clients know themselves better, make meaning of their experiences, and navigate the waters of their life with greater ease.
Meredith works collaboratively with clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a non-judgmental space. Meredith practices a client-centered, integrative approach that incorporates a variety of theories and techniques. She operates from the understanding that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. There are many road maps to healing, and she is equipped to help you discover what will best support you on your path to creating lasting change.
